Background
Care Pension & Forsikring advises companies and their employees on pensions and insurance. The advisory work is built on an Excel-based tool with PensionsBroker. It is professionally strong, but it lives a life of its own, separate from what customers themselves can see and access.
Brief
Give customers a portal where their schemes and material live in one place, and build the bridge between the portal and the advisory tool, so the two worlds work on the same data instead of separate copies.
Approach
A customer portal developed from scratch for Care Pension & Forsikring’s needs, plus integration tools connecting the portal to the Excel-based advisory tool. The adviser’s work and the customer’s view stay in sync, which removes duplicated effort, automates the manual go-betweens, and streamlines the entire advisory flow.
Outcome
An ongoing collaboration where the advisory business and the technology evolve together: new needs in the advisory work become new integrations and features in the portal.
