Mallard operates in an industry with high operational complexity, where planning, coordination, and administration are tightly interlinked. Off-the-shelf tools did not adequately cover the need, and a significant portion of the operation depended on manual processes.

Design and develop a unified platform to support day-to-day operations and reduce dependence on manual workflows — without compromising on flexibility.

A bespoke ERP system built from the ground up, consolidating core workflows into a single solution. The focus has been on:
