Background

Cycling Without Age is a Danish-founded global movement with affiliates in dozens of countries. Over time the organisation had accumulated an international IT setup spanning Google Workspace, Zendesk, Looker Studio, and a broad domain portfolio.

Brief

Establish a single point of technical ownership, create a clear view of the systems in use, and bring DNS and email authentication up to a consistent standard.

Approach

Review and consolidation of Google Workspace administration and access rights. Configuration of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC across the organisation’s domains. Technical handover of the Book2Go platform (Zendesk, Looker Studio) with supporting documentation.

Outcome

The organisation now has a single point of contact for technical administration, a documented infrastructure, and email authentication that protects against spoofing.
